The R.O.C.K.
The R.O.C.K. is a concert Ministry located in Marion County. We are focused on bringing kids and young adults to Christ through music. We bring Christian bands to the area and it is our prayer to break the Strongholds on our communities and the grip they have on our childred.
"One day, at dawn, a man was walking on the beach and in the distance he saw a figure that looked as if it were dancing. As he got closer, he saw that the beach was covered with thousands of starfish and the dancing figure was that of a little boy who was picking up the starfish one by one and throwing them into the ocean.
As the man approached the boy, he said to him, What are you doing? The boy replied, I’m throwing these starfish back into the water. If I leave them here, when the sun gets hot they’ll dry up and die.
The man pointed at all the starfish on the beach and said "But look how many starfish there are. What you’re doing can’t make a difference." As the boy picked up yet another starfish and threw it into the ocean he said, Well, it makes a difference to this one!"
This is how we here at The R.O.C.K. Ministry view our mission. We feel if we can reach one kid that our Ministry is a success. We are a non-denominational, nonprofit organization but we need support from our community to be successful.

- Building rental - We don’t have a permanent home yet.
- P.A. System - We have to rent a sound system for most shows.
- Hotel rooms - Our artists need a place to stay overnight.
- Advertising - We got to get the word out.
- Food – We have to feed the artists.
These are a few of the areas we need support in. I hope you’ll consider helping us do more shows in Marion County.
